CLOTHING
Please check the forecast and dress your child accordingly. Kids may get dirty, so please don't dress them in anything that you would worry about getting ruined/stained.
Please come prepared with closed-toe hiking shoes; waterproof is ideal along with an extra pair of clothing. Kids will need a lightweight backpack to carry their belongings and a lightweight water bottle.
If it is a rainy day, please have your child wear a raincoat and rain boots. From a child’s perspective rain brings joy – big puddles to jump in and mud to get messy with.

FOOD
Please be sure to pack a healthy snack, lunch, and water bottle for your child. We will have extra water to refill bottles. Also, please let us know if your child has any severe allergies in the registration forms.
WEATHER
Classes will be held rain or shine. Inclement weather such as lightning, heavy rains, or flooding could result in a change of location or cancellation. In this event, we will make sure to notify you the evening before via Brighthweel.

TUITION
We take pride in offering the most affordable and well rounded nature school in the county!
Tuition is $125 per month for 1 day per child for our 1.5-4 year old classes (Mommy & Me). This program will consist of a 90 minute class from 10am-11:30am.
Tuition is $225 per month for 1 day per child for our TK - 1st grade classes. These classes take place from 9:45-1:45pm.

The monthly tuition is due upon enrollment. Monthly tuition will be due by the 1st of the month paid by credit card. If payment is not received by the 3rd of each month, your child's spot in the program may be forfeited. We send payment reminders on the 15th of each month.
Fees for the days your child is absent will still apply as we will not be offering make-up classes.
BILLING AND INVOICES
The monthly tuition is due upon enrollment. Monthly tuition will be due by the 1st of the month paid by credit card. If payment is not received by the 3rd of each month, your child's spot in the program may be forfeited.
We send invoices as payment reminders 15 days in advance, via the Brightwheel platform. Credit cards used for payments are kept on file and you will be automatically enrolled in auto-billling. Your card on file will be charged on the assigned due date.
Our enrollment is on-going. You are considered enrolled in our program until you notify us that you wish to unenroll. When one semester ends, you are automatically enrolled in the next session, unless you specify otherwise. 30 days notice must be provided if you wish to drop a class or unenroll completely from the program.
HOW TO USE CHARTER FUNDS
We are please to accept charter funds from many organizations, including Pacific Coast Academy, So Cal Scholars and many others.
When using charter funds, you will need to contact your liaison with your homeschool charter to request an enrichment certificate for any classes prior to the first of the month when tuition is due. We recommend requesting the certificate a few weeks before the due date to provide enough time for the charter to approve the funding and send the certificate to Inie Sol Enrichment.
You can apply for a full 3-month semester of funding at one time, to avoid requesting certificates on a monthly basis.
Once Indie Sol receives the approved certificate we will apply those funds to your invoices.
If the certificates are not received by the first of the month, your card on file will be charged for your tuition payment. If you submit a certificate after your card has been charged, we can provide a refund, minus a $15 bank service fee.
REGISTRATION AND FEES
Upon enrollment for the school year, we require a $75 enrollment fee.
A notice of 30 days must be given if a student decides to drop a day or discontinue the program.
If notice is not given when unenrolling or dropping days, you will be charged in full for the following month.

Billling FAQ’s
“I sent in the request for a certificate, but it hasn’t been approved yet. How can I avoid being charged on the first of the month?”
Please provide a screen shot of your order including the enrolled class and amount requested. We are happy to postpone your billing date if we have notice that the request has been submitted.
“I forgot to request a certificate to use charter funds, and my card was charged. Can I get a refund?”
Yes, we will provide a refund, once your approved enrichemnt certificate has been received, minus a $15 service fee.
“My child was enrolled last semester, but we are not going to continue next month. Why did I receive an invoice for next month?”
We require 30 days notice when unenrolling. If you do you not provide notice, you will be billed for the following month. You can provide notice at any time durring the month, and we will consider your unenrollment date 30 days from that point. We will pro-rate any partial months.
For example: If you provide notice of unenrollment on January 15th, you will be invoiced for 1/2 of February and can attend classes until that date.
“I submitted an enrichment certificate but I was notified that a payment was made. Was my card charged?”
In most cases, no. When we receive a certificate to cover the cost of an open invoice, we will consider the invoice paid using “other funds”. Brightwheel will log this payment and send you a notification that a payment was made. If you check on the payment method you will “other funds” listed, rather than a credit card. If a credit card is not listed as the method of payment, your card was not charged.
Accidents do happen and if you feel your card was charged in error and a certificate has been submitted, please reach out to us. If your card was charged in error your full payment will be refunded.
